File|Open|Open Report

You can open a report file for viewing, editing or printing. Choose File|Open|Open Report to open an existing report file.

Opens your report file from our TAG Drive. TAG Drive is a cloud-based file storage feature of the TAG Client Portal and allows you to open and save files that are accessible from anywhere. This can be especially helpful if you are traveling or working from home and do not have access to your network drives from outside of the office.

 

From the menus on the TAG Drive tab, you can:

Groups

Projects

Files

Refresh Lists - refreshes the list of TAG Drive Project groups/Projects/Files.

 

A report file can have any filename and extension. However, if you elect to use the default *.rpt extension automatically assigned by WinCross (recommended), such files automatically appear in the dialog box when you choose File|Open|Open Report and navigate to the folder containing the desired *.rpt file. WinCross supports long-character filenames.

 

Note: As an alternative to File|Open|Open Report, you can drag a report file (*.rpt, *.out or *.xml) from another application list and drop it in WinCross. WinCross will open the report file for viewing.
