WinCross Annual Maintenance Program

The Analytical Group, Inc.'s WinCross Maintenance Program includes free software updates, upgrades, and unlimited software support for one year.  Our maintenance program is only eligible to WinCross users licensed for our most recent WinCross release. Support is available by phone or email. Support is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm MST. Support is not available on U.S. national holidays. WinCross is designed for a Microsoft Windows platform, excluding tablet devices. Although WinCross can be used in other operating systems emulating Microsoft Windows, we do not support these environments. WinCross software support includes: Answering questions about "how to" in WinCross Questions are limited to the use of WinCross' features and options Help with licensing and registration WinCross software support does not include: Help with operating system incompatibility or operating system configuration WinCross training Market research techniques Statistical consultation The annual price is determined by the number of WinCross users your company has licensed.
