Create Private Link
The create private link allows you to create a shareable link for Crosstabs, Charts, Reports, and Dashboards. This link can be password protected and expires at the specified time. The link created will be associated with only the specific report.
Link will be valid for

You have the option to specify 1, 7, 30, or a custom amount of days. The maximum custom days is 999.

You also have the option to password protect the private link.
Access links
- Once the private link has been created you will see the date and time the link will expire.
- Crosstab link is the direct link created. you can copy and paste this link as necessary.
- Clickable link will run the crosstab, chart, report, or dashboard.

You can use the drop down menu to change the text and font options for specific cells within the crosstab.
Email Options
- There are two email options the first which allows you to send an email using your default email program.
- The second option allows you to send an email using WinCross Executive
- You can email multiple email addresses at once by separating each with a comma (,).
- The recipient(s) will receive and email from WinCrossExecutive@AnayticalGroup.com that contains the link and password, if applied.
