Edit menu functions let you edit data, reports, job information and job notes. To edit, first click within the dialog containing the information you want to edit to make that dialog “active.” You can use most standard Windows editing features and the Edit menu functions.

 

About the Clipboard

Information can be selected, then copied or cut from any application running within Windows—including WinCross, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.—to the Windows clipboard. The clipboard is an area of memory that holds a copy of the most recently cut or copied information. When you cut or copy information, the new information displaces what was previously held in the clipboard.

 

Information in the clipboard can be pasted into any application running within Windows using Edit|Paste. Pasted information can be edited.
