Run|Memorized Reports|Edit Report File|Edit

Use the Edit option of Run|Memorized Reports|Edit Report File to edit selection and processing information for a memorized report file.

File Menu

Select Save or Ctrl+S to save changes to the current Memorized report file.
Select Save As to save changes to a new Memorized report file name.
Select Print or Ctrl+P to print the Memorized report file.
Select Close or Alt+F4 to close the Edit Memorized Report dialog box. If changes have been made and not previously saved, you will be prompted to save your Memorized report file prior to closing the dialog box.

Edit Menu

Use Undo or Ctrl+Z to undo the last change. Undo has many levels allowing you to undo multiple changes.
Use Redo or Ctrl+Y to undo the last Undo command. Redo has many levels allowing you to redo multiple changes.
Use Cut or Ctrl+X to delete highlighted text. The highlighted text is deleted and placed on the Windows Clipboard.
Use Copy or Ctrl+C to copy highlighted text. The highlighted text is copied to the Windows Clipboard and available for pasting.
Use Paste or Ctrl+V to insert the contents of the Windows Clipboard to a desired insertion point.
Use Delete to delete highlighted text. The highlighted text is deleted but not placed on the Windows Clipboard.
Use Select All or Ctrl+A to select all of the text in the Memorized report file.

Note: The Edit Menu options are also available by right-clicking within the Edit Memorized Report dialog box.

Search Menu

Use Find to enter text to use as search criteria.
Use Find Next to locate the next instance of the text entered as search criteria.
Use Replace to enter text to use as replacement text for a Find search criteria.

Save

Save As

Select Close or Alt+F4 to close the Edit Memorized Report dialog box. If changes have been made and not previously saved, you will be prompted to save your Memorized report file prior to closing the dialog box.
