The Help Menu provides additional details and information.

Select WinCross Help to search for help topics about WinCross.

Select Getting Started for a guide to information you will need to begin using WinCross.

Use the Quick Reference for help with basic syntax, logical operators, special features or glossary variables.

Consult Statistical Reference for detailed information about statistical formulas used by WinCross.

Tip of the Day randomly displays information about helpful options/features when WinCross is launched.

Video Tutorials links to the Website for The Analytical Group, Inc. where you can select from a list of helpful WinCross tutorials.

Email WinCross Support initiates an email to the WinCross support team and allows you to Create a zip file containing various support files.

Customer Feedback Options allows you to change your participation preference for the WinCross Customer Experience Improvement Program. The Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) was created to give all WinCross customers the ability to contribute to the design and development of WinCross. CEIP collects information about how our customers use WinCross and about some of the problems they encounter. The Analytical Group, Inc. uses this information to improve the products and features customers use most often and to help solve problems. Participation in the program is voluntary and the end result is software improvements to better meet the needs of our customers.

Check for Updates provides a streamlined method for downloading and installing recently published software updates. When the Check for Updates option is selected, you are notified that by clicking the Next button, information about your computer’s WinCross configuration will be sent to The Analytical Group, Inc. If an update is available, you will be prompted to Install the update or Cancel and continue to use the currently installed version. An available update can be installed later by selecting Check for Updates again.

Licensing allows you to authorize or deauthorize your WinCross license using the Internet.

View License Agreement allows you to view the license agreement for your evalution, desktop or network installation.

In addition to the online help available from the main menu, many options within the dropdown menus include their own help buttons which let you display help about that particular option.
