File|Printer Setup

Printer Setup lets you set or modify printer options.

File|Printer Setup options are specific to the printer listed in the Name: field.
Select the Name: dropdown list button to select another installed printer (see Windows online Help to add a printer not listed).
Select the Properties button to change printer options, for example Layout or Paper/Quality settings.
The Size: dropdown list lets you select a paper size other than the default Letter 8 1/2 x 11 in.
The Source: dropdown list lets you select between multiple paper trays, if the current printer is so-equipped.
Orientation lets you switch between Portrait (tall) and Landscape (wide) print reports.

Use Job Settings|Page Layout or Setup|Enhanced Text Report Fonts and Colors to select a different font for an open report file. The choice of a large font automatically affects margin settings.

For Plain text reports, use Job Settings|Page Layout to specify the top and left margins; WinCross automatically adjusts the bottom and right margins based on your choice of font, paper orientation, report width and lines per page.

For Enhanced text reports, use Job Settings|Page Layout to specify the left, right, top and bottom margins and whether to Shrink all tables and font sizes by the same amount or Shrink only those tables that are too wide.

The Orientation setting here toggles with the Orientation setting for Job Settings|Page Layout. When you change the Orientation setting on one dialog, it also changes it on the other dialog.
