Create a zip file containing
various support files
Help|Email WinCross Support provides
an option for creating a zip file containing informational logs and configuration
files that can often help resolve support issues.
- Choose the Create
a zip file containing various support files option to create
this zip file.
- Enable the Add
the job and data file to the zip file option to include the
job, data and related files in the zip file.
- The zip file is placed in your c:\tag\WinCross\Support folder
and can be attached to emails for WinCross support (support@analyticalgroup.com).
