Run|Memorized Reports|Run Report File

 

Use Run Report File to select a memorized report file(s) for processing.

 

Select the desired memorized report file(s)  from the Memorized report files list box or choose Add Report(s) to locate a memorized report file that is not listed in the Memorized report files list box.

 

Move Up

Select a memorized report or group of reports and use Move Up to reorganize the selected report(s) in the Memorized report files list box. You have the option of selecting a contiguous group of memorized report files by using your mouse with the Shift key engaged, or engage the Ctrl key to select a non-contiguous series of memorized report files.

 

Move Down

Select a memorized report or group of reports and use Move Down to reorganize the selected report(s) in the Memorized report files list box. You have the option of selecting a contiguous group of memorized report files by using your mouse with the Shift key engaged, or engage the Ctrl key to select a non-contiguous series of memorized report files.

 

Select All

Selects all memorized reports listed. You also have the option of selecting a contiguous group of memorized report files by using your mouse with the Shift key engaged, or engage the Ctrl key to select a non-contiguous series of memorized report files.

 

Deselect All

To change the memorized report file(s) selected for processing, choose Deselect All. This allows you to highlight a new selection of memorized report file(s) for processing.

 

Remove

Choose Remove to remove the selected memorized report file(s) from the Memorized report files list box.

 

Overwrite existing reports

Select the Overwrite existing reports option to overwrite any existing report file (i.e. tables, or frequency report file) specified in your memorized report files processing. This will allow the processing of your memorized report file without interruption for confirmation of overwriting existing report files.

 

Confirm overwrite of reports

Allows confirmation for overwriting existing report files (i.e. tables, or frequency report files). This option requires manual intervention when your report file is being written to an existing file. You will have the option of overwriting the file or renaming the new report file.

 

Append to existing reports

Appends to an existing report file (i.e. tables, or frequency report file).

 

Run

Runs the selected memorized reports.

 

Close

Closes the Run Memorized Report File dialog box.
