Reports|Edit Report File
Use Run|Memorized
Reports|Edit Report File
to view and edit selection and processing information for a memorized
report file. You can also rearrange, duplicate and rename memorized report
files.
Select the desired memorized report file
from the Memorized report files
list box or choose Add Report(s)
to locate a memorized report file that is not listed in the Memorized
report files list box.
You
can remove memorized report files from the list using Run|Memorized Reports|Run Report File.
Move
Up
- Select a memorized report and use
Move Up to reorganize the
selected report in the Memorized
report files list box. Only one memorized report can be selected
at a time on the Edit Memorized Report
File dialog box.
Move
Down
- Select a memorized report and use
Move Down to reorganize the
selected report in the Memorized
report files list box. Only one memorized report can be selected
at a time on the Edit Memorized Report
File dialog box.
Duplicate
- Select a memorized report and use
Duplicate to create a copy
of the selected report file. Duplicate
will create a copy of the selected report file with a new file name
(an underscore 1 (_1) is added to the end of the file name for the
first duplicate, underscore 2 (_2) for the second duplicate, etc.
Rename
- Select a memorized report and use
Rename to assign a new file
name to the selected report file. Enter the new file name in the File name field on the Rename
Memorized Report dialog box and select Save.
The new file will display in the list of Memorized
report files. If the new File
name entered already exists, you will be prompted to replace
it.
Edit
- Select a memorized report and use
Edit
to open a memorized report file for editing. Alternatively, you can
double-click a report file in the Memorized
report files list box to open the memorized report file for
editing.
