Content|Chart Type tab
In Setup|Chart
Content, you can specify chart types and axes titles using
the Chart Type tab.
Current
table
- Displays the Chart
title of the current table selected from the Table Selection tab.
- If multiple tables were selected
on the Table
Selection tab, the Current
table will display the message <Multiple
tables selected>.
Chart Type
- Choose the chart type from the chart
type list on the left-hand side of the Chart
Type tab dialog box.
- Choose the specific type within the
general chart type on the right-hand side of the Chart
Type tab dialog box. (for example, the general chart type of
Column has 7 different types
to choose from, Column Clustered,
Column Stacked, Column
Stacked 100 percent, etc.).
- Choose display options:
- Show
values - Displays the actual value for each segment of the
chart. For most chart types, this value represents the value selected
in Data to use for charts
(i.e. Frequencies, Vertical
percents, Horizontal percents,
Constant percents or Row means) on the Data Selection
tab of Setup|Chart
Content.
- Show
percents (only valid for certain chart types such as Pie and Doughnut)
- Displays the percent as a whole number with the percent sign (for
example 9%) for each segment
of the pie.
- Show
labels - Displays the row text as a label for each segment
of the chart.
- Show
base on labels - Displays a custom base for each segment of
the chart. I.e., Base = #
Note: Value label display
options for Show values,
Show percents (only
valid for certain chart types such as Pie
and Doughnut) and Show
labels can be specified
on the Setup|Chart
Style|Tables tab. |
X axis title
- Displays the specified title along the X axis.
Y axis title
- Displays the specified title along the Y axis.
Z axis title
- Displays the specified title along the Z axis.
Data presentation
- Use
row data as X axis uses row data for charting the X axis. The
default in WinCross is Use row data
as X axis.
- Use
column data as X axis uses data for the banner columns selected
on the Data
Selection tab to chart the X axis.
