WinQuery users who have purchased a maintenance program are eligible for free telephone (+1.480.483.2700) and email support. Users who are not on an Annual Maintenance Program can also obtain support by phone or by email, but these services will be billed at our current support rate. Regular support hours are 8:AM – 4:PM (MST).
If you’re new to WinQuery, or to telephone surveying and questionnaire programming, you might want to consider our three-day WinQuery Training class, in which you’ll receive extensive training on the use of WinQuery.
