Presentation | Properties

The properties tab consists of the total number of slides and various global options that can be adjusted across all slides.

Presentation Size

16:9 - Widescreen
4:3 - Standard
8.5 x 11 - Letter
11 x 8.5
Custom - Enter custom slide size.
# of Slides - Enter desired number of slides.

Cases to run: - All cases are run by default. TIP: When initially creating a presentation it can be very handy to reduce this number to just a few respondents. All objects, i.e., crosstabs and charts will load much faster if only a few respondents need to be processed.

Label Font

Set Font... - Set the global label font across all slides. (This can be adjusted individually per slide).
Set Font Color... - Set the global font label color across all slides. (This can be adjusted individually per slide).

Under both Font and Font Color provides a preview of selected font.

Transparent background - Checked by default. When unchecked labels will have a solid background.

When unchecked user can provide specific background color. Default is white.

Background

Background Image ... - When selected a Windows Explorer window will open to choose an existing image. Most common image types are supported.

Stretched - Set as default, stretches image across the entire slide.
Centered - Centers image on slide.

When unchecked user can provide specific background color. Default is white.
Apply to all slides - Applies settings across all slides.
